Jan Brzechwa Primary Public School with an Integrational Department, Nietkowice; time in the curriculum
Teaching the basics of entrepreneurship takes place during various classes within the normal curriculum timetable. The programme for the first educational stage of 'From Grosik to Zloty' ('From a cent to a dollar') is also taught, as is „Grosikowe wędrówki” ('Cent Adventures') - workshops for students and parents, aimed at reinforcing learning from the project while enabling families to have fun together.
Janusz Kusicinski Primary School no. 3, Lodz; time in the curriculum
Entrepreneurial learning activities are indicated in regular curriculum lessons through entries in class journals. The students participate in financial education classes within the framework of basic hours of teaching in so-called thematic blocks and during extra-curricular classes.
Kujawsko-Pomorski Center for Teachers' Education, Bydgoszcz; time in the curriculum
The school introduces students to Entrepreneurial Learning through a range of activities and lessons in preparation for events such as 'Job Shadow Day', Young Entrepreneurs Fair, entrepreneurship competitions and running mini-companies. There are some compulsory classes falling within the scope of framework teaching plans as well as didactic innovations and extra-curricular activities.
MIddle School, Brusy; time in the curriculum

Time is found for Entrepreneurial Learning in the following ways:

  1. Extra-curricular entrepreneurship classes (until 2011) were taught separately for the 2nd and 3rd year – 1 hour/week, with realisation of the pedagogical innovation, 'Entrepreneurial school' taught within the framework of extra-curricular activities.
  2. Travelling Workshops of the School Entrepreneurship Club occur in October or May of every school year'
  3. Homeroom – class hours at tutor's disposal, according to a pedagogical plan – is used for issues related to entrepreneurship on particular levels.
  4. 'Entrepreneurial School' Certificate (2008) – this project required cooperation from the majority of teachers and collaboration with local entrepreneurs within the framework of classes such as Civics; homeroom and extra-curricular activities time is also used for this.
  5. A Professional Advice class is taught by the school professional advisor in cooperation with tutors and the School Career Centre – classes take place during homeroom time, substitute classes or with individual students; if needed, time is also spent with parents.
  6. Students' projects – these may take place throughout the whole school year with support from teachers, depending on the students' choice of subject.
Nicolas Copernicus Primary School no. 74, Poznan; time in the curriculum

The programme 'From Grosik to Zloty' is run during 2nd grade (from December to June) and 3rd grade (from September to November). It takes place during two days in the month, during class time (early education) – in all, it’s about 8 hours of didactic material. The programme is in compliance with programme standards and can be run during compulsory classes.

Queen Jadwiga Middle School Complex No. 10; time in the curriculum

Time for Entrepreneurial Learning is as follows:

  • a) First year of middle school – 1 additional class hour in the weekly timetable.
  • b) Second year of middle school, in the framework of Open School - 1 additional class hour in the weekly timetable. These classes are held systematically according to the timetable throughout the whole school year.
  • c) Third year – it is taught within the framework of the teachers' charter hours and takes the form of additional extra-curricular educational workshops for students – 2 class hours x 3 or 4 times per semester.
Teacher Training Centre in Olsztyn; time in the curriculum

In secondary schools, Entrepreneurial Learning is taught within the framework of the 'Basics of entrepreneurship' class. The class takes place for 2 hours per week in the senior year. In some schools „Kluby przedsiębiorczości” ('Entrepreneurship clubs') are run and within the context of extra-curricular activities, students can also participate in programmes such as 'JA Titan' or 'The School of Practical Economics - Company Programme'.

The Agricultural School in Wojslawicach; time in the curriculum

We allocate time for Entrepreneurial Learning as follows:

  • 2 hours in class x II weekly sessions as planned in the normal class schedule;
  • 1 hour weekly – extra-curricular lessons connected with entrepreneurship;
  • occasional projects; this year it's a 1.5 year project called 'Equal Chances' run in partnership with PFDiM (Polish Foundation of Youth and Children), a project regarding social economy;
  • Entrepreneurship Day;
  • Contests;
  • Other activities such as meetings with people from the world of work, or study field trips.
Vocational Education Centre, Stalowa Wola; time in the curriculum
Entrepreneurial learning is taught mainly within the framework of the 'Basics of Entrepreneurship' class and other Economics-related subjects. In addition, it occurs during homeroom time and, to a lesser extent, other classes. The students participate in entrepreneurship competitions and programmes held annually during suspended-timetable times.
