Innovative Learning Model (IL-Model)

This model is guiding the teachers and students through five stages.

  1. Fact finding and academic knowledge,
  2. Generate ideas,
  3. Develop ideas,
  4. Create value,
  5. Evaluate learning outcome.

The model takes the students through the phase of searching for knowledge and problems on a given subject until they define a problem. From there they will generate and develop ideas for solving the problem and actually take the solution to the market. After that, the model gives the students a chance to understand the learning outcome.
